Facility In General:

Two studios and one stage.

Building is burglar, fire and access secured beyond foyer with 24/7 monitoring.

Studio power is 120/240 volt. 400 amps are available. We are Edison, Camlok and mini Camlok pins and power plugs throughout. Chroma is pin to power throughout the building. EXCEPT all the green Camloks are reversed by code. Two 125 amp, 120/240 volt distro boxes available with six, 50 ft. lengths of 4 wire, #2 banded cable.

All shooting areas have 14 ft. doors.

All shooting areas are clear to 16 ft and then 2 ft. higher between the joists.

Two shooting areas are independently air conditioned and heated. The wet studio is only heated.

A long ramp accesses into the building. Loading dock accesses an 8 x 8 door.

Make-up table, couches, carts, tv etc. all roll to most areas.

Full kitchen for catered meals or food photography.

Bathroom has shower and phone and color temperature specific lights for female clients.

Green room has phone, fax, tv access for clients.

Whole building is wifi and stereo wired.

Work shop for wall and prop building.

Plenty of parking available.

Computer room available for printing of contacts.

Large stage:

• 72 ft. deep by 40 ft. wide.
• 24 channel dimmer with wired grid over 50 % of stage.
• The cords on the grids are all Edison. The grid runs the stage width with 6 ft. between runs. Random pipes bisect those runs.
• There is a 16x16x16+ small white cyc.
• The walls and floors are a combination of grey and white.
• The shooting area walls and floors are all matte.
• Many walls are covered with floor to ceiling black duvetine on sliding rails. This is for sound and reflection deadening if needed.
• The stage can be subdivided into 1/3 / 2/3 by an additional curtain to seperate the make-up/changing area from shooting area.
• The phone can be switched to strobe light notification and silenced.
• Dual heating and airconditioning with quiet circulation for sound.
• The stage ceiling is painted black and rippled for sound deadening.
• Additional stage access is also available from the rear for production truck wiring access.
• High shooting ports available for compression of distances or large crowd shots.
• A 30 ft x 35 ft. overhead white screen for doing chrome.

Medium Studio:

• 24x24 feet square.
• Three, 30 amp, Edison circuits for strobes fast recycle.
• Black ceiling and white walls.
• Direct access from kitchen.
• High shooting port that doesn't need ladder for access.
• Individually heated and air conditioned space.

Wet Studio:

• 40ft. direct long by 24 ft. wide. Additional length is available beyond the normal limits specified.
• Water bars, 16 ft. overhead with controllable heads.
• Hot to cold, soft water available for shooting talent.
• Water runs into floor drain from sloping floor.
• Second floor mezzanine overlooks wet studio for shooting and viewing.

Workshop:

• Clear span of 60ft. long by 24ft. wide.
• Saws, drill press, grinder, air compressor, mig and plasma, nailers, wrenches among what's available.
  Just remember: A man's tools come even before his wife and kids!
• Direct access to outside via ramp or loading dock.
• Large table tops to work on, 8 sawhorses available.
• Some lumber available for sets as most are disassembled right after job completion.

Still Equipment Rental Highlights

• 12 Speedotron 4803 packs.
• 23 Speedotron heads; some with grids, some are elipsoidal, some for softboxes.
• 10 soft boxes from strip to very small sizes.
